The Superintendent oversees all aspects of a project in production, and is the primary source of communication for the customer during the construction phase of the project. A Superintendent must possess the following skills:

  • Strong communication (verbal and written)
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional problem solver
  • Well organized
  • Vast knowledge of construction trades

Mentoring programs allow seasoned professionals to share their experience and offers newer employees an enhanced perspective. Shadowing on our current projects enables on-the-job learning and a hands-on portion to the trades discussed in classroom.
