We meet at the job site to capture your vision and expectations for your project. We discuss design possibilities, challenges, and help translate your needs and desires into a creative, functional build.
We formulate a price range based upon similar scope projects, historical data, and current market conditions, with your budget in mind. Upon approved preliminary pricing, the Design-Build Agreement will be issued to start the design process.
We will gather necessary site information while beginning to develop a vision reflecting your style and goals. Communication throughout the design process will ensure that your project continues to align with your wants and needs.
A price range based on your preliminary design will be established by applying information from meeting notes, previous projects, current material and subcontractor costs. This is an opportunity to create changes to your design that will bring your project in line with your budget.
You will be presented with a clear and concise set of plans and contract documents prior to the start of your project.
During the construction phase, we make sure to adhere to contract documents, efficient scheduling, cost control, and accountability. Your project will be assigned a Superintendent who will coordinate daily job site functions and will be readily available when your questions arise.
Congratulations on your new home! Our relationship doesn't end here, we will be available to remedy any warranty issues that may arise or for future projects you have for us.
