Waldmann Construction offers a one year warranty on our craftsmanship. All manufactured warranties are passed on to the owner. (IE: windows, mechanical systems, roof)

Due to substantial differences in material costs, site conditions, owner's selections, etc., it is very difficult to give accurate square footage costs on our projects. If you would like a ballpark estimate on your project, please contact one of our project managers in our St. Germain, WI office.

Over the last 35 years we have built relationships with various Northwoods subcontractors and continually work together on numerous projects. Together we produce quality work and continue to exceed customers' expectations.

Although we prefer to complete the project start to finish, homeowners may complete certain phases of the project as long as UDC code license requirements are upheld.
